Positively Positive

Positive Psychology is a very interesting field.

Some things to help you be more positive:

1) Take a minute to write down 5 things your are thankful for every morning.

2) Take a few minutes to write down a positive experience of that day.

3) Simplify your life instead of multitask. concentrate on doing one job at a time and doing it well.

4) Exercise  regularly.

5) Take some time to meditate daily.
